Return and Refund policy

At ZENVRO, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return procedures. This policy applies to customers within the Netherlands.


14-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us via email at support@zenvro.com within 14 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a replacement item at no additional charge or a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return and Refund Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zenvro.com or call +31850041083. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important: Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. To return your product, you must first contact us via email.

Note: The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.


Exchanges

We only exchange items that are damaged, incorrect, defective, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@zenvro.com or call 01928 712939.


Additional Costs

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately, your bank may take additional time to process and deposit the funds into your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur).
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing period before the refund appears.
